How do I order custom apparel?

 This is our most frequent question and we are pleased to answer. Simply order the customizable product from our website and go through the entire check-out process. When you are finished a form will automatically pop up for customizations.

Want something even more customized than what is shown in our catalog, give us a call at (561) 463-0648, we will be happy to help you with product inspiration, shirt styles and colors. We can customize with a photo you provide, monogram, graphic, even a text message. We've got you covered with endless combinations.

What is your minimum order quantity?

 

You can order as many or as few custom items as you need.  Our printing process is digital, so we can print 1 or 1000, it all depends on what you need.

How much does custom design cost?

Customizing with Caloosa is affordable!  To customize one of our existing designs from our portfolio, use the Monogram Service - there is no limit for the number of characters you can use. In this case, your cost would be $10 in addition to the cost of the shirt or accessory.

If you are using your photo or an existing logo, there is a one time Custom Design Set Up Fee of $30 plus the cost of each shirt or accessory to be personalized.

Want something even more custom…we can do that for you! Our design team can create a personalized design, which will be for you only, and yours to use over again. Once you approve this design, it will be transmitted to you digitally. The cost for this service is a $250 design fee

Can you help me with large quantities of personalized products?

Yes, we absolutely can. And the more you buy, the better the price we can give you.  We love the idea of creativity coming together for our customer by filling large quantity orders. Call us at (561) 463-0648 to discuss your needs.

Will I be able to approve the design before production?

Yes, you will. Our goal is that every customer is involved from concept to sketch to finished product. Please note that once approved, customized designs on products require payment in full and are are non-refundable.
