RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return/exchange that item within 30 days of purchase, using the following procedure:

Items Purchased Online or Onsite at a Festival or Event

To return an item ordered online or onsite at a festival or event, the returns must be received back within 30 days of arrival (for an online purchase) or 30 days from purchase (if at a festival or event) for a refund / exchange.  All merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unsoiled and any/all labels attached.  Please include original packing slip in return package if available.  

Submit an email to: customerservice@caloosawaterwear.com.  You will be charged a 15% restocking fee on all returns. 

 In order to return/exchange an item, you must have the following information: 

If purchased online:  (1) Invoice Date (2) Invoice Number and (3) Original Packing Slip 

If purchased onsite at a festival or event:  (1) Invoice Date (2) Invoice Number and (3) Mailing Address

To ensure your credit is completed in a timely manner, please make sure all information provided in the Packing Slip Information is correct and all the items listed above are in your returned package. This information will make the return process faster.

We will not process your return until:
1. We receive your package;
2. Your items have been checked in; and
3. All information is entered in our system.

To Exchange your item(s), please follow the above instructions for a return.  Then email customerservice@caloosawaterwear.com and inform us of the size or style you would like to exchange the item for.

Caloosa Waterwear is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  We do not cover shipping charges on returns or exchanges, however exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

 

Items Purchased at Independent Retail Store

Our items are available for purchase in some retail stores that are not owned/controlled or affiliated with Caloosa Waterwear other than the fact that they carry our products.  Items purchased at a retail store CANNOT be returned or exchanged to Caloosa Waterwear for any reason.  Should you wish to return or exchange any Caloosa Waterwear item(s) purchased at a retail store that carries our products, please do so at the retail store from where the item(s) was/were purchased and in accordance with the retail/exchange policy of that particular retail store.

 

Customized Apparel

Customized Apparel is a final purchase and CANNOT be returned or exchanged for any reason.  Please make sure you request the correct sizes and review the proof we send you in great detail, and check for spelling errors and mistakes.  Once we receive an approved proof, we use that file as a template for our printing.

 

All Clearance Sales are Final Sales

 

SHIPPING

Standard orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail & usually take 5-10 business days for delivery.  Shipping costs will vary depending on which state you are located.

We currently only offer shipping to the United States and Canada.
